(Photo by Apichit Jinakul)Prosecutors postponed for the third time the announcement of their computer crime indictment decision on the Future Forward Party's leader and two senior members pending police questioning, now due June 28. Krisadang Nootjaras, Mr Thanathorn's lawyer, said at the Office of the Attorney-General on Tuesday that the indictment decision was postponed for Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit, his party registrar Klaikong Vaidhyakarn and party executive Jaruwan Saranket. The lawyer quoted prosecutors as saying that technology crime suppression police had not finished interrogating additional witnesses and gathering additional documents as requested by prosecutors in line with the suspects' requests. Later, Col Burin Thongprapai, representing the NCPO, filed a complaint with police against Mr Thanathorn and the two FFP executive members, insisting the remarks were untrue.
